Returns & Refunds Policy

At Willetts Design & Associates Inc., we stand behind the quality of our art, décor, and furniture. Please review the following return and refund guidelines before placing your order:

Art Pieces
All art is made to order and considered final sale. These items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Furniture & Décor
Return eligibility for furniture and décor items may vary.

– If an item is not eligible for return, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

– For eligible items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at orders@willettsdesign.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
