Order Processing & Lead Times
At Willetts Design & Associates Inc., we take pride in offering unique art, décor, and furniture designed with care.

- Art Pieces: Each piece is made to order and usually ships within 3–4 weeks. Please note that all artwork is final sale and not eligible for returns.

- Furniture & Décor: Lead times may vary by item. Some products are ready to ship within a few days, while others may have extended lead times depending on availability or customization. Any extended lead time or return restriction will be stated on the product page.

Shipping Details
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Your items will ship via trusted carriers, and depending on availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
